Sultaniye Raisins/ Sultanas
SULTANIYE RAISINS/ SULTANAS
In order to intensify their rich flavor, Sultaniye raisins are immersed in olive oil and potassium solution, which allows the seedless fresh grapes collected from the vineyards to dry in a shorter time, and dried under the sun using natural methods.
RAISINS / THOMPSONS
The only difference between raisins and Sultaniye raisins is the drying method. Raisins are dried by natural methods under the sun without dipping in olive oil and potassium solution. For this reason, the drying times are longer and their colors are darker accordingly.
